We respect your privacy. This page explains what data ZURBAGUN collects, why, and how we keep it safe.
1. What data we collect
We process only the data you give us through forms, messengers or email: your name, contact details (phone, e-mail), information about your project (plot, brief, space), and anonymous site analytics.
2. How we use it
Your data is used only to contact you, prepare a proposal and run your project — from the first conversation to handover. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Storage & protection
Data is stored securely and only for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet UAE legal requirements. Access is limited to authorised ZURBAGUN staff.
4. Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookie-like browser storage (localStorage) for essential functions only — remembering your language and your choice in the cookie notice. We run no advertising trackers. If analytics is ever enabled, it is anonymous. You can clear this storage in your browser settings at any time.

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion. To do so, write to us:

The data controller is ZURBAGUN ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT L.L.C, a licensed UAE company (The Binary by OMNIYAT, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE). We process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). For visitors from the Russian Federation we also respect the principles of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
8. Cross-border data transfer
The site is hosted on the infrastructure of an international provider (Vercel Inc.), whose servers may be located outside your country of residence. By submitting a form or contacting us you agree to such cross-border transfer. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption, and access is restricted to authorised staff.
9. Marketing communications & opt-out
We do not send bulk advertising. Marketing messages go out only with your separate, explicit consent — a dedicated checkbox that is unticked by default. You can unsubscribe at any time: e-mail "Unsubscribe" to i.abramashvili@zurbagun.com or reply "STOP" on WhatsApp. Every marketing message includes an opt-out option.
